Are my Blinds Made in the UK?

Yes - HomeStyle blinds designer products are designed, manufactured and finished right here in the UK. We take rolls of luxury fabrics and hand stitch and finish them with exclusive designer finishes like no other company in mainland UK. Made with love and sent direct to the customer.

What makes HomeStyle Blinds Different?

Who is HomeStyle Blinds INC?

HomeStyle Blinds INC are a group of Dutch based retail veterans (I use the adage also for myself) who continue to bring newness and innovation to the window blinds world. We have all been involved in the blinds market across Europe for the last 2 decades and pride ourselves in quality of product, innovation and customer service. How do I order my blinds?

We think it's very simple – we hope you do to. It's all done online Just choose a blind and fabric that you want, and keep following the “ Next Step” button - pay securely online and wait to have them delivered.

Can I change my mind half way through the purchase?

YES !! Unlike most other online blinds retailers our exclusive system allows you to change the type of blind at any point of the transaction without having to go back to the very start of the process.

How secure is your site?

To as high a standard possible - Our site is hosted on dedicated PCI compliant servers that are scanned every day by leading virus and internet security McAfee – Only when we pass that daily test can we display “ Mcafee secure”. All of your details are encrypted to the highest degree (same as a bank – look at the bowser bar and how it turns green showing the highest level of encryption).

Do you share my details with anyone?

In an simple answer - no. We do not share your details with any other companies. When you join our site you will be offered the opportunity to opt in or out of staying in touch with us to be notified whenever we have a sale or any such like promotions – That's Strictly only within our company , and only if you choose to do so.

  • where the blind will be fixed, ceiling/ window / frame

What's the best way to measure my blinds ?

Its like the old expression - measure twice cut once. If you follow our measurement guides then we think that we have most bases covered. Measure at least twice in height and at least twice in breadth - and it's always the smallest measurement that you take.

Do you supply fitting instructions?

Can I get a quote for my blinds?

Yes of course - The HomeStyle Blinds configuration system make this all very easy. Simply visit our online quote page and type in the sizes you require – This will quote you prices on all of blinds that fall within the size range you provided. Ideal if you are working to a budget

Is it possible to see a sample before I order?

We understand that it can sometimes be difficult to judge what the best colour is for you home or office. That's why we always recommend you to order free samples of the material/ wood so that you can see the colours in the flesh. We will send up to three samples free of charge to your home so that you can take you time to make that all important choice.

What if there is a problem with my blinds?

First question is – where does the problem arise? Are they damaged, don't they work? Are they the wrong size? Transport Damages - If you receive you blind delivery and clearly there the packaging is damaged write that clearly on the couriers paperwork. Take a few pictures and contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the damaged blinds. They don't function properly - Once you blinds are installed according to the instructions supplied and they don't function as they should do, we need to know about it. Clearly list what the problem is and send some photographs that will allow us to see what the problem is. If it is a manufacturing fault or defective blind we will of course will replace it within its guarantee period.

Is my blind guaranteed?

Like all reputable online retailers All Goods as supplied by HSB are covered by a guarantee against defects in craftsmanship or materials. The guarantee period is as follows: Venetian, Roller and Panel blinds 12 Months, Wooden Blinds 12 Months Temporary Blinds 3 Months The applicable guarantee period begins when the Goods are delivered to You. Any issues You report to Us need to be accompanied by photographic evidence.

Are your blinds safe to install in children's rooms?

Our blinds are all rigorously tested to make sure they're safe around children and animals. If you have blinds with hanging cords to be placed were there are small children around, contact us and ask for a child safety device to keep them out of reach. Just call us on 0845 519 8969.

What wood are you wooden blinds made from?

Our wood Venetians are made from basswood grown in FSC sustainable forests. Basswood is perfect for Venetian blinds because of its strength and flexibility. Our wooden blinds are all made from the same basswood and the wooden slats are graded according to how much grain you can see and priced accordingly. Like all our blinds, our wooden Venetian blinds are quality controlled twice before they are despatched to you.

My fabric looks different from the colour onscreen

We understand that it can sometimes be difficult to judge what the best colour is for you home or office. That's why we always recommend you to order free samples of the material / wood so that you can see the colours in the flesh. We will send up to three samples free of charge to your home so that you can take you time to make that all important choice.

I bought several wooden blinds and they look like different colours

As wood is a natural grained product, each wooden Venetian blind looks different. No two slats are identical due to the knots or grains which effects the way the slats react and handle paint or stained finishes. Because these make some slats darker or lighter than others, we sort each of our slat shades into batches and ensure that we only use the same batches to assemble you blinds placed in the same orders. Your finished blind will always have its own variations and signature, which makes it unique to your own home.

What is your refund policy?

Ready Made - If you have ordered any readymade temporary blinds we will be happy to refund this as long as it is 1. Returned in the original condition and packaging 2. You notify us first and we issue you a refund authorisation number 3. The return transport is at your cost and risk. Made to measure - Unfortunately, because our blinds are custom-made to your exact requirements, we can't offer a refund or return unless the blind is faulty. To prevent any mistakes, please make sure you give us the right measurements and details, and check your confirmation email to make sure everything is correct. How long does delivery take?

From the point of order confirmation, you blinds should be with you within 5-10 working days as long as there is no out of stock issues at the factory or adverse weather conditions to hold back deliveries.

Who delivers my blinds?

Your blinds are delivered fully insured via a combination of two of the Uk's top courier companies – TNT and City link.

What if i am out when my blind arrive?

If you are not at home when the courier calls they will leave you a card that has all of the details to reschedule your delivery. That can be done via the telephone or online via the courier company website.

Can you deliver blinds outside of the UK?

Yes we can deliver to any country in Europe. The website will ask you to contact us to discuss deliver outside the UK and any additional delivery charges

Free of charge delivery*

Delivery is free of charge on all orders over £99. On all orders less than £99 it costs an affordable £7 delivery charge to receive the whole order. It doesn’t matter if its 1 or 10 boxes the cost remains the same £7 on orders under £99 including vat.
